The University of Oxford has studied which type of work will not be taken over by robots, artificial intelligence and digitization. The answer is: creative work at the beginning of the value chain and empathic work at the end.

This means that many organizations need to radically transform in order to survive. They'll have to move from a mechanical approach, focused on control, optimization and efficiency, towards facilitating a creative an empathic environment.

This is not easy, and there is no quick fix. Transforming into a 21th century culture asks for a big investment. But its' doable, and its' actually a great deal of fun.

We have been doing creative work for the past 15 years: creating future visions, musical pieces, movies, paintings, coaching creative teams, designing builings, developing products et cetera. By doing this, we've mastered the skill of creating a Creative Culture.
