Demons of Innovation


In the upcoming decades, robots will take over our toughest and most boring work. That’s good. It gives us more space for beautiful, creative work. However, our society isn't able to fill that space yet. Creativity is considered to be a personal quality which only few people have. 

We believe this romantic frame of creativity needs to be changed. That’s why we see creativity the way the Ancient Greeks did: as a game with demons. Demons that fly around to inspire you. As a receiver, you only need to be open, interested and feel free. This means everyone can contribute to the game called creativity.

Over the past five years we have finetuned this new perspective into a way to structure organisations and to make creativity one of its´ core values.
