Many organisations lack a vision and a clear sense of identity. That's a pity, since those are crucial in times of great change. You need a vision, a set of values and a strong story about yourself to navigate through a storm. Without them, it's just a matter of luck whether you reach the coast.

Some organisations however do have a vision and a clear sense of identity. They are in healthcare, they educate children, they ensure law functions. But still, their employees sometimes feel detached. They find themselves struggling in a wilderness of procedures, forms, meetings and e-mails. Over time, these employees might get demotivated and filled with frustration. 

We consider it our task to help organisations remembering who they are, where they came from and why they exist. We help them shaping their strategy and identity into a story that inspires people, a story of purpose and value.
