The Evolution of Companies

Why does your company exist? What is its’ role in society? What do we miss if it suddenly disappears?

Many companies find it hard to answer these questions. They exist because they exist. Their first goal is to make money in order to survive but they lack a greater purpose.

You could argue that these companies are still at the bottom of Maslov's pyramid. Their lifes are merely concerned with basic needs: finding food, water and warmth, safety and security.

In this sense, our so-called advanced economy is still in its’ primordial phase. It needs some firm evolution to climb the ladder, to spend time on achieving its’ full potential.

We believe our planet deserves highly evolved companies. That’s why we help companies with imagining their role in life. Let's say we give evolution a little nudge. Curious? Mail us.
